These terms are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign up — an arrangement you don't fully understand is one you shouldn't enter.
We licence you software: an automated trading desk that runs on a server we operate and connects to your own broking account. We also provide hosting, a dashboard, daily reports and support.
We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any recommendation to buy or sell a security. We are not a broker, not a registered investment adviser, and not a portfolio manager. Nothing we produce should be read as a recommendation.
You connect your broking account through your broker's own login page. We receive a revocable access token, not your password. By default we do not collect your two-factor (TOTP) seed.
You may revoke our access at any time from your broker. Doing so stops the software from placing any further orders on your account.
If you choose to enable unattended re-login, you accept that this requires giving us credentials we must store. This is optional and off by default.
Every account begins in paper mode — simulated trades against real market data, with no real orders. You remain in paper mode until you decide otherwise.
Enabling live trading is your action, not ours. You choose when, you choose the capital, and you are responsible for that decision.
We take no share of your trading profits. Your gains are entirely yours. Correspondingly, we bear no share of your losses.
We may change fees with at least 30 days' notice. If you don't accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
Trading carries a real risk of loss, including of your entire capital. Please read the risk disclosure — it is not boilerplate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We will tell you promptly when something goes wrong, on every contact channel you have given us.
You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no notice period and no exit fee.
We may suspend or end your access if fees go unpaid, if you breach these terms, if your broker withdraws access, or if we cease operating. Where we end the service for our own reasons, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any unused portion of prepaid fees.
On termination we stop trading your account, export your data to you, and delete or archive our copy in line with the privacy policy. You should revoke our broker authorisation and rotate any API keys you issued us.
We don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, broker downtime and faults will all cause interruptions. Where an interruption prevents the software from managing open positions, we will tell you so you can act yourself.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
